Tip1: Before bidding on a villa, look at the seasonal rate for the days you plan on traveling and make an offer based on that information. Offers are no obligation so fee free to make as many offers as you would like.
Tip2: The nightly rate found on each listing page does not include taxes and fees, and it may not reflect the change in price during peak season. The price calculator will include the rate, taxes, cleaning fee, and linens and towels, however, if the property is unavailable it will not calculate a price.
Tip3: Many popular destinations will require a minimum of 3-7 days during their peak season. Seven night minimum stay requirements are from Saturday to Saturday. Although the property may be available, if your travel dates do not fall within the required parameters, you will be unable to book the property.
